What took the most of the time setting up the different angels To be perfectly in place and the phone to be in frame.

I was fond of the amature look, and the different lighting from each angle. this added to the idea i wanted to get across that any ameture with time and effort will be able to repair these type of items.

The main idea was to Censor the footage of the teardown. As the video can be seen as a user guide on how to open the item. Apple refuses to give user guides to open the computer. The next generation phone after the iphone 3g they had change the screw type from a philips Head scree to a proprotary type eventually called the pentalube screw. This was one of the few measure apple take to make it more diffecult for personal and third party repairs.

Apple does not release schmatics for the products they make. all repair shops are unable to access this material, they have to get these intructions for the grey market. Apple does not want people to know how the products work and there for how they can be easily repaired and have increased longivity.
